Peng Xiaoxi

PhD in Dance (Chinese National Academy of Arts), is Vice-Dean of the School of Arts. She is member of the Chinese Dancers Association, Certified Movement Analyst of Laban/Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies (LIMS®), and expert for social science popularization of Chongqing. Her research interests include the theory of dance history and somatics. She has presided over art projects commissioned by the National Social Science Fund. Her monograph “Searching for Roots and Inheriting Dance --- the Protection and Inheritance of Chongqing Dance Cultural Heritage” won the Outstanding Social Science Achievement Award of Chongqing.


Xiao Li

MA (Tsinghua University), is Head of the Department of Fine Arts, and member of the China Artists Association. His works have been selected for national art exhibitions, sports art exhibitions, Chinese oil painting exhibitions, and national printmaking exhibitions. He has won one national bronze award and over ten provincial gold, silver and bronze awards.


Xiao Ling

MA (China Conservatory of Music), is Head of the Department of Music, member of the National Vocality and Art Institution of China, and member of the Chongqing Musicians Association. She has extensive experience in the teaching and research of folk vocal music. She is winner of multiple awards in competitions at various levels and has presided over provincial and ministerial projects with publications in major high-level journals.


Zhao Qian

She is Head of the Department of Dance, member of the Chinese Dancers Association, Chairman of the Dancers Association of Shapingba District of Chongqing, and selected among “The First Chongqing Young and Middle-aged Professionals in Virtue and Art”. She has presided over the 2019 National Art Fund project, and won multiple awards in important competitions, including the China Dance Lotus Award and the National Dance Competition. She has published extensively in core academic journals.


Liu Yunguo

MA (Sichuan Fine Arts Institute), is Visiting Scholar at North Carolina State University, USA, and Deputy Head of the Department of Design. He is Director of China Industrial Design Association, Deputy Secretary General of Chongqing Industrial Design Association, Deputy Director of the Transportation Design Committee of Chongqing Industrial Design Association. He has presided over and completed multiple projects with publications in academic journals.


Xiong Xiqiu

She is member of the China Artists Association and Deputy Head of the Department of Design. His main research interests include visual communication and printing design, illustration and collagraph. His works have been selected for national, provincial and municipal art exhibitions and awards. He has presided over multiple projects with publications in academic journals.


Feng Dongdong

He is Deputy Head of the Department of Fine Arts, MA (Chongqing University),  member of the China Artists Association, and member of the China Hue Art Society. His works have been selected for art exhibitions at national and other levels, with articles appeared in Dushu, Meishu and Guangming Daily.


Zhang Xiao

She is the Deputy Head of the Department of Dance, BA (Beijing Dance Academy) and MA (Chongqing University). Member of the China Dancers Association, director and Deputy Secretary-general of Chongqing Dancers Association. Her research areas are the teaching and creation of dance repertoire of Chinese folk dance.


Li Gang

MA (DongSeo University, Korea), is Discipline Convenor of Design. His research interests are the cross-disciplinary researches of digital cultural & creative industries, film, media and design. He has published over ten articles in Film Art and other journals, presided over and participated in more than ten projects at various levels.


Chen Yan

She is member of the Chongqing Musicians Association, Director of Chongqing Music Literature Association, and vocal music examiner for National Vocational Qualification Skills Appraisal in cultural industry. She was Visiting Scholar at the University of Missouri, USA, and has given multiple solo concerts at home and abroad. She has published articles in core academic journals, and participated in national level key research projects.


Yu Liwen

MA (Central Conservatory of Music), is Vice Chairman of Chongqing University General Branch of China Association for Promoting Democracy, review expert of “Huo Yingdong Fund” of the Ministry of Education. She has received multiple awards in the performance and theoretical research of vocal singing.


Yang Ling

MS (Chongqing University), is National Class I Registered Architect, and Visiting Scholar (Virginia Tech School of Architecture and Design, USA). Her publications have appeared in ZHUANGSHI (Chinese journal of design), Wen Yi Zheng Ming, Architect, and Chinese Landscape Architecture.


Wu Dajun

He graduated from Sichuan Fine Arts Institute, and has over ten years of experience in design and teaching of architectural decoration and landscape design. He is member of the Interior Design Branch of the Architectural Society of China, member of the Chongqing Artists Association with many papers published and artworks exhibited, awarded or collected.


Qin Qin

MA (China Conservatory of Music), is member of the Sichuan Opera Theory Research Association of Sichuan Province. She has extensive experience in vocal performance, especially in Sichuan opera research. She has presided over multiple projects with publications appeared in academic journals. She has won awards in vocal competitions at various levels and given several solo concerts.


Wang Haitao

BA (Beijing Dance Academy), studies dance theory and criticism. He was winner of the China Federation of Literary and Artistic Criticism Award and the Excellent Achievement Award in Social Science in Chongqing. He has presided over and conducted ten national, provincial and ministerial level projects, with publications appeared in Dance and Journal of Beijing Dance Academy.


Yang Hua

MA (School of Arts, Southwest University), is member of the Chinese Society for Music Psychology, member of the Chongqing Piano Professional Committee, and member of Chongqing Musicians Association. She has participated in piano competitions and performances at various levels and won multiple awards, with papers published in academic journals.


Zhang Yi

MA (Department of Oil Painting, School of Fine Arts, Southwest University), has artworks selected for national, provincial and ministerial level exhibitions, and received one first prize, two second prizes, one third prize and two excellent prize awards at municipal level in Chongqing with publications appeared in ZHUANGSHI (Chinese journal of design) and Journal of Chongqing University (Social Science Edition).


Yu Huijuan

MA (Sichuan Fine Arts Institute), is member of the China Artists Association, and Deputy Director of the Lacquer Painting Art Committee of the Chongqing Artists Association. She has been selected national art exhibitions for three consecutive times, with seven awards at the provincial and ministerial levels (including first, second and third prizes). Her research interest is the study of design art.


Zhao Xi

MA (Sichuan Fine Arts Institute, Chongqing University), has extensive experience in the teaching and research of graphic art design and visual communication. She has written and published in Chinese and English with papers appeared in the Journal of Chongqing University and other academic journals, and artworks selected and awarded in exhibitions at various levels.


Xie Zhiyong

is committed to combining practice and theory in visual communication design and research. He has provided branding and overall promotion services for large enterprises and institutions, and won multiple awards in international and national competitions. He has published in Ethnic Art Studies.


Fan Zhengyan

MA (Wuhan University of Technology), is interested in methods of education in industrial design, design psychology and style design, conservation and inheritance of ethnic art in southwest China. He is member of the China Industrial Design Association, and has participated in compiling national level planned textbooks. She has papers appeared in journals such as Shandong Social Science.


Yang Wenfa

MS (Chongqing University), Visiting Scholar (North Carolina State University, USA). He is member of the China Industrial Design Association, and has presided over and participated in compiling national level planned textbooks and has papers appeared in the Journal of Chongqing University and the Journal of Machine Design.


Bai Ye

PhD in Music Arts (Piano) (Kharkiv National Kotlyarevsky University of Arts, Ukraine), is member of the Piano Professional Committee of Chongqing Musicians Association, and member of the American Federation of Musicians. He has presided over provincial and ministerial level projects, and published articles in Chinese, Russian and English in domestic and international journals. He has two monographs in Russian and one in Chinese.


Ye Donghai

MS (Chongqing University), has extensive research in intelligent medical product and interaction design, design management and strategy. He has design works selected and awarded in exhibitions at various levels, and presided over and participated in provincial and municipal level projects. His English and Chinese publications appeared in domestic and international journals.


Zhang Hongxia

PhD (Chinese National Academy of Arts), Visiting Scholar (Alfred University, USA), studies the theory and criticism of the history of modern ceramic art. She has published two monographs and many articles, including four indexed by A&HCI. She has presided over one project commissioned by the Ministry of Education, and artworks exhibited multiple times with awards at provincial and ministerial levels.


Kuang Chengquan

MA (Chongqing University), studies folk art design and research. He has presided over and participated in ten provincial and ministerial level projects, and published over ten papers in ZHUANGSHI (Chinese journal of design) and other journals. He is the author of “A Study of the Cultural Ecology of Folk Art”, and has design works winning awards in exhibitions at various levels.


Wang Zhensi

Member of the Chongqing Dancers Association, MA (Beijing Dance Academy), has worked at Chongqing Song&Dance Ensemble Co. Ltd. His research interest lies in the teaching and creation of Chinese classical dance, and dance culture in the Bayu area. He has multiple projects of theoretical research and practice.


Chen Shouju

She is member of the China Industrial Design Association, member of Chongqing Industrial Design Association, and Visiting Scholar (Auburn University, USA). She has presided over and participated in compiling national level planned textbooks for the “Tenth and Eleventh Five-Year Plan”, as well as “Shenguang III”, the National Program for Key S & T Project.
