School of Arts Launched 2nd Lecture of the Series of Overseas Study and Visit Lectures “Viewing World Through Arts”, Introducing "Study Abroad in Italy​”

On March 10th, the School of Arts held the lecture “Study Abroad in Italy” in the school hall on Huxi Campus, which is the second lecture of a series of overseas study and visit lectures under the theme of “Viewing World Through Arts”. Zeng Xueting, program leader of Galileo Italy Center of Chongqing University, was invited to give this lecture. The event was presided over by Peng Xiaoxi, the vice dean of the School of Arts, and students participated enthusiastically.

First of all, Miss Zeng outlined the characteristics and advantages of Italian higher education system, and shared study abroad programs set up by Italian government for Chinese students, including the Turandot Program, which specializes in art, music, design and dance. Then, some famous Italian art colleges were introduced, and the audience was led to take a look at the artistic atmosphere and teaching environment of the world's top art colleges. Finally, Italian language learning, expenses and scholarships for studying in Italy, information of previous appliers and related policies during the epidemic were explained.

In following months, the School of Arts will continue to carry out this series of activities to help students learn more knowledge, broaden their international vision, set up their career plans, and further improve the construction of the school internationalization.
